An espresso is excellent, if it is made in Italia

Italian technology excellence for the coffee machines the world over

Knowhow with roots that go back to 1980, the year of its foundation by Marcellino Zanesi, who had the long-sighted vision of investing in the Nuova Faema spare parts business.
In 1987 Nuova Ricambi, in Carugate, began to also distribute parts for all the main brands.
After that, came an entrepreneurial path leading to continual growth. This is the calling card that Nuova Ricambi presents as a distributor for parts for professional coffee machines and bar equipment.
In 1995, it set up its first branch. This was in the United States, to handle American clients. Then came another nine: in Great Britain, China, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Venezuela, Brazil, Columbia, and Canada.
In 2009 it signed an agreement with La Marzocco, its client for almost twenty years, which gave Nuova Ricambi the exclusive dealership for original parts anywhere in the world.
“I took the reins of the company in 2006, even though I had been ‘living’ at the factory since I was a little boy, and I inherited my father’s passion for this work,” Marcello Zanesi, ceo and administrator, tells us. To meet the needs of the market, and of its clients, in 2008 an automated warehousing system was introduced which works on an innovative IT system.

“We have notably improved customer service in the last decade. Today you can insert orders into a computer, and send the data to a vertical warehouse. Delivery times have been reduced to 24 hours in Italia, and 48 abroad. On the other hand, in the last two years we have inserted over 8,000 codes in the range, and in the new warehouse we just bought, we will be inserting another four vertical semi-automated warehouses”.
Dynamism, flexibility, quality, and a great variety of products, along with a team that is constantly updated
– these are the distinctive traits at Nuova Ricambi, where a Cerved analysis showed that customer satisfaction
equals 94.2%.
Even the figures speak clearly. “We work with 144 countries, and today we are growing 7%, with a notable
leap from 2006 to 2016, when earnings passed from 5 to 14 million euros”, specifies marketing manager,
Mariagrazia Ferrantelli. Nuova Ricambi, which also produces its own items thanks to its dynamic R&D department, is present at all the trade fairs in the sector, such as the recently held Host where it presented
its new catalogue with many new products. And for the future as well, the client will always be at the center of any project.
