Temporary closure due to emergency COVID-19

Dear customers, suppliers, collaborators and friends,

in this moment of unprecedented difficulty, which is uniting the whole world, we sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

Even though physically separated from distance and security measures, we are keen to express our closeness and affection to you. In full compliance with the instructions issued by the government, we announce that Nuova Ricambi will be forced to suspend its service from 26/03/2020 inclusive.

Before then, we are operational!

The shipments of your spare parts will be carried out regularly and all orders received by the morning of Wednesday 25 March will be regularly processed.

For any technical / commercial information our offices are operational, we have activated all the necessary security measures to guarantee our staff to work in complete safety.

The suspension measures will start from Thursday 26 March 2020, and will last until 3 April, except for any extensions launched by the competent authorities. All this to protect ourselves and to protect our customers and the community at large. However, we will continue to communicate with you, hoping that soon we will be able to return to living our precious normalcy and to work with satisfaction.
