What is it?
Sipresso is a machine for professionally and automatically tamping coffee inside the filter holder. High technology, all Made in Italy.
Does it take the place of the barista?
No, but it gives security to every barista to always tamp the coffee with the same pressure and the correct angle over time, working quickly and cleanly.
Sipresso fits the hand of any barista, therefore it is the optimal product for your business.
The goal is to provide your business with a precision, fast and professional tool that can be used by everyone, regardless of the level of training, always guaranteeing perfect extraction, through constant and calibrated pressing.
How does it work?
Once the Sipresso is switched on, place it next to the grinder for convenience, set the pressure with which you want to work using the touch pad, from 10 to 30 kg.
Insert the filter holder, following the fork, and in a blink of an eye the coffee will be levelled and pressed; everything will be done in combination with a dynamic rotation of the tamper, Dynamic Twist System.
There is a double protection for the barista's safety: the magnetic inductive reading sensor and the pressure sensor (both consents are required for the tamper to operate).
Cleaning the Sipresso is extremely simple; first of all, press the "clean" button. This will extend the tamper so you may safely remove residual grounds with a soft brush or cloth. You will find a cleaning brush included.
