MOCA certification: Quality and safety
The issue of placing on the market of materials and products that come into contact with food in compliance with current regulations for the protection of human health is very important for Nuova Ricambi.
We are proud to announce that we have obtained the MOCA certification, in accordance with the European Regulation CE n. 1935/2004, for our manual aluminum coffee tampers. They are lightweight and ergonomic, a must-have for baristas of all levels.
The procedure for obtaining MOCA certification is voluntary and testifies to Nuova Ricambi's intention to do business in full compliance with current regulations, ensuring all the safety requirements of internally processed products to protect health.
All our products already Moca certified are easy to identify: on the product page, you will find an icon with the identification symbol of the certification.
