The choice to use maple wood was not accidental:
- Maple is a precious semi-hard and porous wood, with compact fibers and a characteristic light color, ranging from white to pinkish yellow with radial, harmonious and quality veins
- In the search to create a made in Italy product, this precious wood was chosen that comes from the forests of the Apennines (Italy)
- It has a very high resistance, especially to bending and has an excellent predisposition to resist deformation and shocks
- Maple has a good aptitude to preserve the artificially impressed shape over time and a more than good aptitude for finishing, in particular for painting and varnishing
