Nuova Ricambi Italy will join Nuova Ricambi China and Nuova Ricambi Taiwan at Hotelex

From March 29 to April 1, Nuova Ricambi srl will be in Shanghai for Hotelex, the 25th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Supply Expo and will join its asian sisters from China and Taiwan in welcoming their customers and present the latest innovations at stand 5G28 in Hall 5.
Nuova Ricambi is a network of 10 companies around the word. The mother company, Nuova Ricambi srl, started its business in Italy in 1980 selling components for espresso machines, bar accessories and baristas tools.
Expanding its business globally and selling in 125 countries, the company started to create a proper family of companies that are now sharing the mission and the values of the mother company.
Nuova Ricambi is sponsoring Davide Berti, Ibrik World Champion 2015, who this year competes in Shanghai for the title of World Champion of Coffee in Good Spirits. Davide will compete using  the DuoDrip, a Double Metal Cone which has already caused a sensation in Rimini during the Italian CIGS finals.
DuoDrip is an extraction system (by percolation in the upper cone, by spraying in the lower cone) that surprised for the ability to use two different blends, to be able to enhance the aromatic scents and, contextually, to eliminate the pre-infusion and avoid the over-extraction (so to cancel the bitterness of the  coffee). The TDS tests have given a concentration of about 2%.
At stand 5G28 in Hall 5 you can see all the new products in the Nuova Ricambi catalog and take advantage of the presence of Davide at the bar of the stand to see him use the DuoDrip and to sample one of the coffee-based cocktails that have made him famous.
