Sigep 2019: new products and numerous Workshops
The coffee is increasingly protagonist at Sigep and from 19 to 23 January we will meet many professionals working in this sector.
As any other year we will attend the Sigep Fair in Rimini: Hall D1, stand 015.
We would love to meet you there: to show you the new items, to exchange news and information on the world of coffee or if you are looking for something new for yur business.

- Coffee and Artificial Intelligence: discover Hiroia! - with Helena Oliviero. 2.00 pm. Come and discover how to make a professional barista tool more efficient by using it with the application on your smartphone.
- What is cupping and how is it done - with Helena Oliviero. 10.30 am. Helena, Italian Cup Tasters champion 2018, will explain what the cupping is, what the parameters are to follow, we will do a practical test together, we will do the Brazilian cupping and she will guide us in comparing coffee.
- Nitro Marendry Coffee - with Gianni Cocco. 2.30 pm. Gianni Cocco is a professional at 360 ° in the coffee world and in his workshop he will serve us a spicy drink in different textures.
- Samantha and Jimmy: your new allies - with Helena Oliviero. 12.00 pm.
- Challenge the Jimmy scale! Come and calculate your flow rate - with Helena Oliviero. A challenge to the last drop! We invite both brewers and milk artists to find out how precise and consistent they are in pouring. Jimmy is a great tool for training and helping you win a race.
