The cold touch steam wand is aesthetically the same as any steam wand but its ingenious internal system allows the operator not to get burned during use. So, in addition to providing greater safety against burns, it guarantees easy cleaning, reducing any milk encrustations. The technology used consists in inserting a small Teflon tube inside the steam wand which retains the heat.
