For a proper production of quality textured milk it is necessary to rinse steaming pitchers between each use. This sanitary preparation practice is easily done with the pitcher rinser designed and realized by Nuova Ricambi.

The Pitcher has to be positioned on the rinser and the disc rotation will clean it perfectly. It is preferable to use cold water, since it brings the temperature down from the food danger zone.
