The 37th edition of SIGEP is confirmed as the leading European Coffee Exhibition

From 23 to 27 January, the Rimini Fair is hosting the 37th edition of what has now emerged as the most important exhibition in the world in the field of ice cream and confectionery craft, and the primary European exhibition of coffee & bakery.

The professionals and world producers of raw materials will have the opportunity to exhibit their products in an exclusive setting, which will also be the setting of all the finals of the Italian Barista Championship, and specifically:

- Italian Championship Latte Art;

- Italian Championship Coffee In Good Spirits;

- Campionato Italian Championship 

- Italiano Cup Tasting;

- Italian Championship Cezve/Ibrik;

- Italian Championship Roasting.

Included in the prestigious international circuit of WCE (World Coffee Events), sponsored by the Associations SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe) and the SCAA (Speciality Coffee Association of America), the competitions will be played by the best Italian baristas, who will compete for the national title and will represent Italy at the world championships.

Nuova Ricambi this year supports David Berti, the 2015 Italian champion of Coffee In Good Spirits, who on January 26 will be pledged to defend his title at the Italian Championship of Coffee In Good Spirits, valid for WCIGS (World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship).

David will have 10 minutes to prepare 2 Irish coffee and two cocktails based on coffee and spirits: in this fascinating combination between the world of coffee and bartending, creativity and imagination are combined with years of study and research, with the love for this job and with the constant search for the perfect techniques.
