SIGEP 2016: Davide Berti is confirmed national champion of Coffee in Good Spirits

An original competition, spectacular and undoubtedly successful: Davide Berti in 2016 convinced the jury with the overwhelming energy shown  as early as 2015, and that on both occasions led him to win the Italian championship of Coffee in Good Spirits .

Davide has supported the competition by presenting his creations in English and has amazed both the jury as the audience with iced coffees balls, a metal double cone and vapor coolants, focusing on the creativity that has always characterized him and demonstrating the importance of quality of both the product offered and the presentation mode.

In holding court, in addition to Davide, a Super Mario statuette and two goldfish, which have attracted public attention and were surely the most photographed mascots ever in a SCAE competition.

Nuova Ricambi attended the event supporting the super champion who in 2015 brought home the world title of Cezve / Ibrik World Champion (the first Italian who won a world cafeteria competition) and Italian champion titles of Aeropress and of Coffee In Good Spirits. "Our efforts now will be to bring David to the Shanghai World Cup final," added Marcello Zanesi "We believed in him from the beginning and I am sure that we will do great things together."
