Nuova Ricambi in Shanghai presents DuoDrip, the Double Cone Metal designed by David Berti
Nuova Ricambi from the 29th of March to the 1st of April 2016 will be in Shanghai during Hotelex, the 25th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Supply Expo, to welcome its customers and present the latest innovations at stand 5G28 in Hall 5.
Among all, it will be exclusively presented the DuoDrip, an extraction system (for percolation in the upper cone, for spraying in the lower cone) that has amazed for the ability to use two different blend and of being able to enhance the aromatic scents.
The numerous research tests and experiments have led to the conclusion that with the extraction by spraying, the user can also be firmly secure to extract all the coffee avoiding the over-extraction and, then, be able to cancel the bitterness part of the coffee. The TDS tests have given a concentration of about 2%.
David Berti, inventor of DuoDrip, will be using the double cone in Shanghai, competing at the World Championship of Coffee in Good Spirits 2016, to show the world that with the double metal cone is possible to create a perfect channeling, eliminate the pre-infusion, have a much faster extraction, and get a surprising result in an extremely clean cup.
